1 year ago, I was running the occasional 5K and finishing under 30 minutes. I had lost about 20LBs, I was feeling good, and doing P90X. Today, I couldn't run a 5K in under 30 minutes if you paid me. I've regained all the weight I had lost and then some. Grubbin' hard will do that...What you're about to see, may disturb you.
Weight - 229 LBS
BMI - 34.5% (A BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 is considered healthy for adults. A BMI of 25 to 29.9 is considered overweight, while a BMI of 30 and above is considered obese)
FAT - 28.5%
(A physical specimen, made of pizza, beer and wings)
Fack. I look like shit...
Goal:
1. Log food intake and blog about what I eat over the next 5 months.
2. Target weight loss will be 30 LBs.
3. Drop BMI to 24%
4. Drop body fat percentage to 18%
5. Crush Mike Clapsade in our bet.
Starting tomorrow. For real this time...
